I have been doing document search and retrieval for more than thirty years. My specialties are: locating missing heirs; identifying unknown heirs; locating older real estate records; mortgage satisfaction research; finding ancient documents and corporation records; and due diligence for quiet title cases. I also have twenty years experience searching for biological family through the use of DNA, starting way back when we only had Y-DNA and MtDNA!

California is my state of residency and will always take precedent in choosing real estate and probate cases, but I do travel and I do consult with repositories in other states, and am familiar with intestate succession laws in most. I have no restrictions with more straightforward, missing heir cases.
